What is Peaches & Petals? What will you receive?

“Each month’s box will vary with different items all to tickle your senses. We love hand-selecting items in beauty and fashion accessories. Items could be trendy accessories and jewelry like scarves, hats, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, watches, new beauty products like dry shampoos, eye makeup remover, shades of nail polish, eyeshadow and blush, pampering products like mud masks, skin restoring gels/creams, and who knows, we could be really adventurous the next month! Each box will contain 3-5 items and some months we may feel super excited and throw in an additional item!”

Info card! And I loved the tissue paper. 😀

The Fringe Scarf – I do believe this was the spoiler for November and ahhh, it’s fantastic! It’s super soft and ridiculously warm. The tag says it’s 100% acrylic. There were different colors sent out so if you got a box this month, let me know what color you received. 😀

It’s an infinity scarf that easily wraps twice around. Fringe is definitely in this season (I keep seeing it everywhere, haha) and so if you’re not sure that you like it or if you’re not sure you can pull it off, I think starting off with a fringe scarf is a good way to ease yourself into this trend. Personally I like fringe (but not too much) because it adds a little something different to your otherwise texture-less outfit and breaks up the monotony.

Sweet Treat Dessert Candle – Awww, this is definitely adorable. It doesn’t smell good, but I think this would be a good addition to decor if you’re going for a food theme? XD

Or… you can be a troll and prank your friends by adding this quite realistic-looking donut to a box of real donuts and see who gets (un)lucky… 😉

Chocolate cake donut with nuts or candle?

Thank You Cards – Definitely good for Thanksgiving if you have the time to say thank you to those important to you… or great for just any time, really. There are 10 in this pack and there were also variations in what print you could receive!

Totally Adorable Tea Infusers – I got an orange squirrel!

How cute is this?

You open the tail and put in your loose leaf tea… then steep! I love tea, so this is a great item for me. 😀

Again, there was variation and they were kind enough to include a collage! I think I would have also loved the shark because who doesn’t love sharks? But the squirrel is also looking awesome perched on the edge of your cup.

Infinity Forever Bracelet – This is perfect for stacking! I personally love it because it’s so light that you won’t even realize you have it on – which is my kind of jewelry. XD (I’m not a fan of bulky jewelry items, so this dainty gold bracelet is perfect for me).

Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner Travel Set – After converting to Fortune Cookie Soap shampoo and conditioner bars, I no longer use liquid shampoo/conditioner. BUT! These are great items to donate to your local shelter – especially at this time of year. 😀

And a spoiler for December’s box! Each box will contain a kimono peacock robe. Treat yo self!

The November 2015 Peaches & Petals box!

Overall enjoyment: I have to say… for a $15 box, this was really impressive. I didn’t know what to expect because it’s hard to curate a good beauty/lifestyle box when the price is so low (this is only $5 more than Birchbox/Ipsy) – and especially when the subscription just launched (they started in August 2015). But they did it. 😀 I really like that they’re willing to spoil the big item in the box so that you can see if it’s for you and if you want to subscribe for the month – it saves a lot of heartache. 😉

If YOU want to subscribe to Peaches & Petals, use my promo code PEACHFORDAYS to get an awesome 50% off on your first box, making it only $7.50!
