And the recipes on the back for you to experiment with this month’s items.

Ritz Crisp & Thins in Cream Cheese & Onion ($1.29 each) – THESE ARE AMAZING. I really needed something savory to snack on and these hit the spot. They’re just as crunchy as regular potato chips but they somehow taste lighter! I love sour cream and onion flavored chips so cream cheese and onion was also delicious. These are made from potato and wheat; and they’re baked! I’m definitely going to keep an eye out for these at my local grocery store. So happy that they sent two bags in this month’s box. 😀

Julian’s Recipe Waffle Thins with Quinoa in Meyer Lemon ($3.99) – Oh wow. WOW. These are crunchy yet soft, firm yet delicate at the same time. It’s like a mini lemon waffle cookie!!! I definitely don’t taste any quinoa but honestly I love quinoa for the crunch element that it brings when used in desserts. These are so good. I could probably polish off half the bag in one sitting. The lemon flavor is subtle but adds complexity to the buttery goodness of the waffle cookie base.

Bean Crisps in Salt of the Earth ($3.29) – I was really surprised by how colorful these were! And also how good they were! Seriously. :O They were a little saltier than I prefer, but the flavors are great. These chips remind me of edamame chips mixed with popcorn for the best of both worlds! I definitely recommend giving these a try if you happen to stumble across them in the supermarket.

Look at how colorful it is!

Entenmann’s Mini Apple Snack Pies ($4.69) – These are glazed on the outside for extra sweetness and crunch! The pastry is pretty flaky and the apple filling is very cinnamon-y (haha). Good for a snack on the go or breakfast!

Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix ($4.49) – I do so love how inclusive they are because there’s always one or two gluten free items in every other box! I love muffins and I love the flavor of apple cinnamon… so I can’t wait to make these. 🙂 There’s also a recipe for pancakes on the box itself if you would prefer not to make muffins.

Navitas Superfood Maca ($2.29) – There were four possible flavors you could have received and I was pretty happy with the one I got! The maple tied it all together and the bar itself was a little sticky, but still crunchy.

Bibigo Go-Chu-Jang BBQ Sauce ($4.99) – This is absolutely perfect for summer and July 4th weekend! The hot weather definitely means it’s time to dust off that grill. This is a very bold and smoky flavor with that kick of spicy to round it off.

Sir Kensington’s Ketchup ($2.00) – I love ketchup. I use it on probably too many things. XD But for some reason, I never really got into gourmet ketchups, haha. I guess I’m too used to Heinz. :p But I haven’t tried this particular gourmet ketchup just yet so I’ll have to give it a go the next time I bring home some french fries.

Brooklyn Organics Craft Ginger Ale in Coconut ($2.00) – As per usual, Degustabox is awesome in sending out new and different drinks to try! I will say that I really don’t like any kind of drink (soda, juice, energy drinks, etc.) flavored with anything other than sugar but I’m always open to trying new drinks in general – especially a coconut-flavored ginger ale! I have this in my fridge and I’ll probably crack it open this weekend. 🙂

Briannas Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing ($3.99) – This is fantastic! And also great for the summer. 😀 It’s super fresh but also creamy so that you can use it on your salads or as a dip by itself!

DSC_0265

Viter Energy Caffeinated Breath Mints in Wintergreen – This was a bonus/gift in the June box! Each one contains 40 mg of caffeine and they’re perfect if you want to skip that morning cup of coffee but still have fresh breath. :p

Overall value: $34.31

Overall enjoyment: I thought that this was a great summer box! The cilantro lime dressing and the Go-Chu-Jang BBQ sauce are sure to make your BBQ foods more unique – and give you more room to experiment. 😀 But more than that, I love that they included so many snacks in this box! I’m always guilty of snacking too much, heh.

Coupon Code: Use DEGUSTA10 to take $10 off your first box, making it just $9.99!
