The June information sheet!

Lundberg Family Farms ($3.49) –  I love chips and these are fantastic! Cinnamon and sugar is one of my favorite combinations. These are crunchy, sweet, full of flavor, and definitely won’t disappoint.

Zollipops ($3.99 for a 3oz package) – This month’s box included a sample of the zollipops as well as a couple for an entire bag! Unfortunately, I am not a fan of xylitol, and so I will be passing on these. But if you’re interested in learning more on how these work, you should check out their website.

Goya Corn Tortillas ($2.29) – I love Mexican food, but I’m usually too lazy to cook it myself because there are so many amazing Mexican restaurants near my home and work place. XD I think I might turn these into tortilla chips instead!

Goya Black Beans ($0.99) – Why do I like this particular can of black beans? It’s because it is low sodium. 😀 I try to watch sodium intake because so many processed foods have way too much sodium (and so do most dishes at restaurants). These will be great in a chili!

Mutti Peeled Tomatoes ($2.99) – I’m torn between using this for pasta sauce… and chili. XD But regardless, I am going to enjoy it! Mutti has been included in past boxes and their products are on point and definitely better than your usual tomato products in your local grocery stores.

Goya “The Perfect Seasoning” ($3.59) – In case you were curious what is in the “perfect seasoning”, here are the ingredients: Granulated garlic, granulated onion, monosodium glutamate (MSG), salt, parsley, oregano, cumin, and tricalcium phosphate. I think I’ll pass on this one as well; not only do I already have most of the ingredients listed as separate spices, I’ll skip the MSG. :p

Tickle Water in Watermelon ($1.29) – I love sparkling water, so I was excited to try this! My favorite sparkling water is La Croix (and lime is the best flavor) because it’s so carbonated. Tickle Water is kind of flat, but has great flavor – so it was more like Hint instead of La Croix. And to be fair, it is supposed to be a lightly carbonated sparkling water. Regardless, I loved the packaging and if someone gave another one to me, I’d definitely drink it! Otherwise, I’ll just stick to buying La Croix in bulk at Costco.

That’s It Apple, Mango, & Chili ($1.69) – Fruit leathers/fruit bars from Trader Joe’s, so this was a fun new brand to try! The chili wasn’t too overpowering (thankfully) and the mango + apple combo was awesome.

Walkers Shortbread ($4.49) – Always a treat when these show up in DegustaBox because my mom loves these and I can share them with her!

True Citrus Crystallized Lemon ($4.99) – These really do pack a punch of lemon flavor! If you’re not a fan of drinking water or find yourself needing more motivation to stay hydrated, add a packet of this to your water and you can enjoy lemon water (almost like lemonade!). 1 packet is like adding a lemon wedge while adding 2 packets is like 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

The June 2018 Degustabox!

Overall enjoyment: I liked the variety in this box and the fact that there were some familiar brands as well as new brands. I have to say, my favorite thing is the Tickle Water, despite the lighter carbonation! It’s fun to drink and I loved the flavor.
