The July information sheet! (sorry it’s a little blurry)

Wise Snacks Cheez Doodles ($0.50 per 1.25 oz bag) – Um, I love these? They’re SUPER cheesy and that’s a good thing, I promise. The flavor is intense and the crunch is extreme. If you love crunchy cheese-flavored snacks, this is for you.

Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise ($4.99) – A fancy condiment that goes well with so many things? Sign me up! You can make amazing egg salad with this or just add a little something extra to your regular sandwich.

Loacker Cocoa & Milk ($1.29 each) – Loacker is always a welcome addition to DegustaBox in my opinion. 🙂 The wafers are on point and they’re such a great pick-me-up when you want something sweet in the afternoon. These are basically an elevated version of cookies and cream. *___*

Goetze’s Candy Co Chocolate Caramel Creams ($2.48) – Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of products from Goetze’s because they always seem a bit too artificial to me. But I will say the cream center of these is very similar to Oreo filling, so if you love Oreos, you might want to give these a try.

Chomps Turkey Stick ($1.99) – I actually bought one of these at Trader Joe’s before I received this month’s box and it’s delicious! I was thinking of going back and buying more but didn’t have time to go this past weekend. XD The flavor is great but I will say it’s a little dryer than what I usually prefer. You can really taste the black pepper.

Aiya Matcha Zen Cafe Blend ($17.80) – Oh wow, I didn’t expect this box to be so expensive! You basically have packets of culinary grade matcha mixed with cane sugar in each packet that you can make into a variety of drinks, such as matcha lattes and smoothies. I do wonder if I could try baking with these for fun! Like making a matcha mug cake. 😀

Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce ($3.98) – I don’t actually enjoy plum sauce that much. XD Usually I prefer hoisin sauce, but I guess this could go well with some egg rolls or be used as a marinade.

Uncle Dougie’s Sweet N’ Snappy BBQ Sauce ($5.99) – This is the product of the month and it definitely deserves the spotlight since summer is all about outdoor grilling! This one is an American royal World Series BBQ winner and thankfully it’s not super “snappy”. 😉 I definitely can’t wait to try this with more meats.

The July 2018 Degustabox!

Overall enjoyment: Cheez doodles are definitely the highlight of this box for me! I had actually never seen these in my local grocery stores and they are such a fun find. I’m glad they’re in individual servings because it’s so easy to just crunch one doodle after another. XD I’m interested to see how the matcha tastes, but even more excited for the BBQ sauce since I’m always looking for new sauces to try!
